Acronis Launches ‘Cyber Clinic’ at GITEX 2025 to Strengthen Enterprise Cyber Resilience

Acronis is gearing up to showcase its innovative “Cyber Clinic” at GITEX Global 2025, under the powerful theme “Take the Headache Out of IT Security.” The initiative is designed to help enterprises across the Middle East identify, diagnose, and heal their most critical cybersecurity and IT infrastructure challenges.

The Acronis Cyber Clinic will feature three specialized diagnostic zones focusing on integrated cyber protection, disaster recovery, and email security—all aimed at enhancing enterprise cyber resilience. This move aligns with Acronis’ mission to simplify data protection and strengthen IT infrastructure in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

“According to our latest Acronis Threat Report, the UAE ranked among the most targeted countries by malware attacks in late 2024, with 16.2% of all blocked malicious URLs in December,” said Ziad Nasr, General Manager, Acronis Middle East. “With cyber threats intensifying, our Cyber Clinic provides the right diagnosis and the right cure to restore enterprise resilience.”

The first diagnostic zone will highlight the Acronis Cyber Protect platform, offering unified data security, backup, and endpoint protection both on-premises and in the cloud. The second zone will focus on Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, ensuring business continuity and safeguarding critical data against cyberattacks or outages. The third zone will emphasize email security and automation tools, addressing the surge in Business Email Compromise (BEC) attacks, which rose from 20% to 25.6% between January and May 2025 compared to the previous year.

Visitors can also attend three expert-led sessions daily, including “Microsoft 365: Anatomy of an Attack – Why Integrated Protection Matters,” “The Cyber Resilience Playbook,” and “Building OT Cyber Resilience in Air-Gapped Environments.” These sessions will offer actionable strategies for enterprises to strengthen their cyber defense and rethink traditional security frameworks.

“As cyber threats grow more complex, Acronis remains committed to helping businesses simplify and strengthen their IT security frameworks,” Nasr concluded. “The Cyber Clinic at GITEX demonstrates how Acronis continues to redefine cyber protection, ensuring enterprises stay secure, resilient, and future-ready.”

In line with Cybersecurity Awareness Month, Acronis will also sign an MoU with Cybergate, aimed at boosting cyber resilience across the UAE’s education and enterprise sectors.

The collaboration will focus on Security Awareness Training, Advanced Management, and Disaster Recovery solutions. Acronis’ strong presence at GITEX 2025 follows an exceptional year of growth, with cloud billings ARR up 57% year-on-year, active service providers up 20%, and EDR workloads growing 123%. This growth highlights the surging demand for comprehensive cybersecurity solutions in the MEA region.
