New digital-first mental health platform connects individuals with psychologists and psychiatrists to promote credible, research-based conversations.

The Centre for Action Research and Development (CARD) has launched ViveQ, a new mental wellness and psychological awareness platform designed to promote credible, expert-led discussions on mental health in India. The digital-first initiative aims to counter misinformation on sensitive psychological topics by connecting individuals directly with qualified psychologists and psychiatrists through podcasts and social media outreach.

ViveQ was formally unveiled by distinguished leaders and experts, including Dr. N. S. Kalsi, IAS (Retd.), Former Additional Chief Secretary of Punjab and Former Chairperson of NCVET; Mamta Yadav, Member of the Haryana Public Service Commission; Ms. Nalini Deka, former Head of Psychology at IP College, Delhi; and Prof. N. K. Chadha, former Head of the Department of Psychology at Delhi University.

Addressing Mental Health Awareness and Emotional Wellbeing in India
As mental health awareness grows across India, platforms like ViveQ aim to provide structured, research-informed guidance on emotional resilience, cognitive wellbeing, and psychological development. The initiative focuses on addressing common and complex mental health conditions, including ADHD, Alzheimer’s disease, dyslexia, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, OCD, and autism spectrum conditions. It also explores topics such as emotional intelligence, cognitive fitness, and everyday stress management.

Dr. N. S. Kalsi emphasized the importance of such initiatives in today’s evolving social landscape. He said, “Emotional wellbeing and mental resilience have become central to individual and societal progress. Initiatives like ViveQ create a credible platform for meaningful dialogue, expert insights, and shared experiences that can guide individuals toward balanced and purposeful lives.”

Mamta Yadav highlighted the pressures faced by younger generations saying,“Young individuals are facing increasing personal and professional pressures. Platforms like ViveQ provide a safe and credible space to learn, reflect, and seek guidance through honest conversations and expert insights. Such efforts can help individuals lead more confident and balanced lives.”

Digital-First Mental Wellness Platform with Regional Reach
ViveQ leverages podcasts and digital engagement strategies to make psychological guidance more accessible. Currently available in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, the platform plans to expand into additional regional languages to broaden its reach across India.

In its first year, ViveQ aims to reach between 7,000 and 10,000 individuals across diverse age groups. The initiative is designed to engage anyone above the age of three who actively develops cognitive abilities, reflecting a long-term focus on brain health and developmental awareness.

Academic Collaborations and Research in Psychology
To strengthen its impact, ViveQ has partnered with over 25 academic institutions across India and collaborated with Laadli Foundation and DBG Technologies to enhance digital outreach and community engagement. The platform also intends to contribute to the academic ecosystem by publishing research papers in psychology and cognitive development.

Dr. Abhishek Garg, Member of CARD, explained the vision behind the initiative, “There is a growing need to separate credible psychological knowledge from misinformation circulating online. ViveQ is a responsible digital space where psychologists and psychiatrists can directly engage with people through practical, research-informed conversations. Our goal is to raise awareness, optimize brain function, and contribute to long-term cognitive wellbeing. We also plan to expand our research contributions and academic collaborations in the coming years.”

Building a Credible Ecosystem for Mental Health in India
The name ViveQ draws inspiration from the concept of “Quantum,” symbolizing the dynamic and evolving potential of the human mind. Through structured expert conversations, digital outreach, and future research initiatives, the platform seeks to build a trusted ecosystem for mental health awareness, psychological education, and cognitive development in India.

With increasing demand for reliable mental health information and professional guidance, ViveQ positions itself as a scalable and research-driven mental wellness podcast platform supporting individuals, families, and institutions across the country.
