Announced during OpenAI DevDay 2025, this collaboration makes Coursera one of the first e-learning platforms to be fully integrated into ChatGPT, bridging the gap between artificial intelligence and higher education.
With over 800 million weekly ChatGPT users, learning has emerged as one of the platform’s most popular use cases. Now, users can access Coursera courses, video lectures, and trusted educational resources without leaving ChatGPT. The integration allows learners to summon Coursera content by name or receive AI-driven recommendations whenever ChatGPT identifies relevant topics for skill development or career advancement.
