DXC and 7AI Launch AI-Powered Agentic SOC to Transform Enterprise Cybersecurity

DXC Technology has partnered with 7AI, a pioneer in agentic security, to launch the DXC Agentic Security Operations Center (SOC). This AI-powered SOC solution introduces fully autonomous AI agents that handle alert ingestion, threat investigation, and incident response, delivering faster, more accurate, and cost-efficient security operations for enterprises worldwide.

By leveraging 7AI’s Dynamic Reasoning platform, DXC’s agentic SOC reduces manual analyst workloads, cuts false positives, and accelerates incident response. Across 7AI’s customers, the platform has already saved 224,000 analyst hours — equivalent to 112 analyst years and $11.2 million in productivity gains. DXC projects similar efficiency improvements for enterprise clients as AI-driven SOC automation becomes a core component of managed security services.

The DXC Agentic SOC integrates AI-driven security operations to:

  • Automate alert triage and threat investigation
  • Reduce investigation time by 30 minutes to 2.5 hours per incident
  • Scale SOC coverage without increasing headcount
  • Enhance detection of novel, never-before-seen threats

Chris Drumgoole, President of Global Infrastructure Services at DXC, emphasized, “The future of cybersecurity lies in intelligent AI agents delivering measurable security outcomes, not just more tools or automation.”

With 25 DXC security delivery centers handling 4.5 million daily threats, this partnership with 7AI combines global scale with advanced AI innovation. Enterprise customers benefit from real-time threat detection, rapid breach response, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) services, while maintaining strict data privacy and protection.
