LG Electronics has unveiled a new lineup of immersive games for LG Smart TVs, strengthening its push to make the LG Gaming Portal a central hub for TV gaming, cloud gaming, and casual entertainment. The latest rollout allows users to enjoy engaging games directly on their webOS-powered smart TVs, without the need for consoles or additional hardware.
LG’s Gaming Portal now offers access to over 4,000 cloud-based games and 600 casual titles, enabling device-free gameplay on the big screen. This expansion reflects LG’s broader strategy to build a robust smart TV gaming ecosystem, partnering with global studios and game developers to deliver high-quality, interactive entertainment.
One of the key highlights is the arrival of Just Dance Now, developed in collaboration with Ubisoft. Available on LG Smart TVs running webOS 22 or later in select markets, the popular rhythm game lets users dance along to global hits using the LG Magic Remote. The remote’s motion-sensing technology accurately tracks movements, making it easy for families and friends to enjoy an interactive dance experience without external controllers.
LG has also partnered with Volley, a leader in voice AI-powered TV games, to bring popular titles such as Jeopardy! and Song Quiz to LG Smart TVs in the US. These voice-controlled games are designed specifically for living-room entertainment and have already been enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.
For action and racing fans, LG and Blacknut have introduced Asphalt Legends Unite, offering fast-paced arcade racing gameplay that can be played instantly using the TV remote. The game is available free with ads and allows players to access all cars and tracks without in-game purchases. Another addition, My Little Puppy, delivers a story-driven adventure experience, showcasing how LG Smart TVs enhance visual detail and emotional storytelling on large displays.
To make gameplay even more flexible, LG has launched a Wi-Fi-based Mobile Gamepad app for Android and iOS, allowing smartphones to function as controllers for supported games. With award-winning indie titles and a growing catalog of cloud and casual games, LG continues to position its Smart TVs as all-in-one entertainment and gaming platforms, redefining how users experience gaming at home.
