AI-Powered Laptops With Intel Core Ultra Series 3 and NVIDIA RTX 50 GPUs.
Samsung Electronics has unveiled its most advanced AI-powered laptop lineup yet, the Galaxy Book6 series, at CES 2026, positioning it as a new benchmark for high-performance, ultra-slim Windows laptops. The new range includes the Galaxy Book6 Ultra, Galaxy Book6 Pro, and Galaxy Book6, all designed to deliver next-generation AI productivity, creativity, and mobility.
With a strong focus on on-device AI, premium performance, and portability, Samsung says the Galaxy Book6 series is built for professionals, creators, and power users seeking seamless multitasking and intelligent computing in a lightweight form factor.
Intel Core Ultra Series 3 Powers Next-Gen AI Performance
The Galaxy Book6 series is the first laptop lineup to feature Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, built on Intel’s cutting-edge 18A process technology. This advanced 1.8-nanometer class node enables a powerful combination of performance cores (P-cores) and efficiency cores (E-cores), delivering up to a 60% boost in CPU performance compared to the previous generation.
AI workloads see a major upgrade as well, thanks to an integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) capable of up to 50 TOPS (trillion operations per second). This allows users to run AI-powered tasks locally, such as real-time translation, image enhancement, and content cleanup, without relying on cloud connectivity—enhancing both speed and privacy.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50-Series for Creators and Gamers
For demanding creative workflows and high-end gaming, the Galaxy Book6 Ultra is equipped with the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 and RTX 5060 GPUs. These graphics processors unlock advanced capabilities for 3D rendering, video editing, AI-assisted design, and immersive gaming.
To sustain peak performance, Samsung has redesigned the internal thermal architecture, integrating a high-capacity vapour chamber and dual-fan cooling system, ensuring consistent performance even under heavy workloads.
Dynamic AMOLED Displays and Dolby Atmos Audio
All Galaxy Book6 models feature Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays with a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering vivid colours, deep contrast, and ultra-smooth visuals ideal for both productivity and entertainment. The display technology enhances creative precision while reducing eye strain during long work sessions.
Audio performance is equally premium, with a quad-speaker setup tuned with Dolby Atmos, providing rich, spatial sound. For hybrid work and virtual collaboration, the laptops include a 2MP webcam and dual-array microphones, optimised for clearer video calls.
Ultra-Slim Design With All-Day Battery Life
Despite significant performance upgrades, the Galaxy Book6 series retains a lightweight, ultra-slim chassis, making it ideal for professionals on the move. Battery capacity has also been enhanced, with the Galaxy Book6 Ultra featuring a 76Wh battery, while the Pro variants offer up to 73.9Wh, supporting all-day productivity.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E, Thunderbolt 4, and a wide range of modern ports, ensuring seamless integration into today’s mobile and hybrid work environments.
Samsung’s Vision for AI PCs
“At Samsung, we believe true innovation starts with getting the fundamentals right. Performance defines the PC experience. With the Galaxy Book6 series, we combine unparalleled speed and power with dependable AI to deliver exceptional productivity and creativity,” said Won-Joon Choi, President and COO, Mobile eXperience (MX) Business, Samsung Electronics.
The Galaxy Book6 Ultra, Galaxy Book6 Pro, and Galaxy Book6 will be available in Grey and Silver colour options, launching in select global markets starting late January 2026. Samsung also confirmed a Galaxy Book6 Enterprise Edition, tailored for managed IT environments, which will roll out in certain markets from April 2026. With its focus on AI-driven computing, premium hardware, and enterprise readiness, the Galaxy Book6 series reinforces Samsung’s ambition to lead the next wave of AI PCs in 2026 and beyond.
