JAGGAER Launches JAI – The First Smart AI Copilot for Procurement

JAGGAER has introduced JAI (pronounced “Jay”), a powerful AI tool designed to change how companies manage procurement. JAI is not just a simple assistant—it’s a smart partner that helps procurement teams work faster and smarter. It guides users through tasks and helps spot problems, saving both time and effort.

JAI is part of the JAGGAER One platform and is the next step after JAGGAER Assist. It uses advanced AI models to understand questions, detect unusual patterns in purchase orders, and help write or summarize content. It also includes a chatbot that talks with users and helps them complete tasks like creating RFPs or evaluating suppliers.

Starting now, customers can use JAI Assist, which helps with simple tasks and gives advice. Later in 2025, JAGGAER will launch JAI Copilot, offering smarter suggestions, flagging issues, and guiding decisions across sourcing, contracts, and supplier work. This will be followed by JAI Autopilot, a tool that can manage complex procurement tasks automatically, without needing much manual work.

By this fall, JAI will take a bigger step forward. It will manage more detailed tasks like forecasting, spend tracking, contract handling, and RFx processes—all in one smooth, AI-driven experience.

JAI stands out because it works with humans, not just for them. It allows users to stay in control while JAI handles the heavy lifting. In the future, it will become a full autopilot system—able to make decisions and run workflows on its own while people supervise and step in when needed.
