Comviva Names Manish Agrawal as President & COO to Drive Growth and Customer Experiences

Comviva plans to expand into new markets, deepen client partnerships, and invest in strategic collaborations as part of its growth roadmap.

Comviva has appointed Manish Agrawal as its new President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This marks a key step in the company’s “Comviva 2.0” strategy to boost growth, speed up innovation, and strengthen customer relationships in today’s fast-changing digital economy. All Comviva product units will now report to Manish.

In his new role, Manish will lead Comviva’s transformation by integrating AI, Agentic AI, and other next-generation technologies into its product portfolio. His focus will be on building innovative software platforms, improving cross-team collaboration, and helping clients grow by delivering seamless, world-class customer experiences.

Welcoming him, Rajesh Chandiramani, CEO of Comviva, said, “We’re excited to have Manish join Comviva. His deep industry knowledge and leadership will help us move faster, work smarter across teams, and bring our customer-first vision to life globally.”

Manish Agrawal brings over 30 years of experience across telecom, BFSI, and manufacturing. He spent the last two decades at Tech Mahindra, where he led major business transformation initiatives, including developing AI, SaaS, and data-driven solutions for top global telecom clients. As Global Practice Head – Telecom, he was instrumental in reshaping Tech Mahindra’s telecom strategy and driving growth through large-scale transformation deals.
