Deloitte has announced the launch of its Asia Pacific Agentic AI Centre of Excellence (CoE), strategically located across India, Malaysia, and Singapore. This initiative aims to drive trusted and scalable AI transformation across the Asia Pacific region and beyond.
The CoE will bring together over 6,000 AI practitioners and support a robust pipeline of AI implementations valued at over US$1 billion. As part of Deloitte’s Global Agentic Network, which includes delivery hubs in North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, the centre will harness global alliances and proprietary platforms to help organizations deploy digital workforces at scale.
The focus of the CoE is on agentic AI—a new generation of autonomous AI systems capable of managing complex workflows while continuously learning and adapting. This goes beyond traditional automation, positioning AI as a transformative force across industries.
Sathish Gopalaiah, President – Technology & Transformation, Deloitte South Asia, remarked, “This launch is a major milestone in human-AI collaboration. We’re moving from incremental use cases to AI as a foundation for enterprise-wide innovation.”
The centre will accelerate AI innovation by offering reusable tools, structured methodologies, and dedicated environments for rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development. Deloitte’s collaboration with NVIDIA and its proprietary Zora AI platform empower digital agents to autonomously execute key business tasks across domains such as finance, procurement, and marketing.
