DeNet Partners With Reactive Network to Launch New Decentralized Storage Client

DeNet, a leading decentralized storage protocol, announced a new integration with Reactive Network, an EVM-compatible execution layer for dApps. As Reactive Network adopts DeNet as its decentralized backup storage layer, the collaboration aims to improve data security, network resilience, and Web3 reliability, especially in light of recent large-scale outages affecting centralized cloud providers.

The new storage client strengthens Reactive Network’s infrastructure by enabling fully decentralized data backups, ensuring continuity for developers building cross-chain dApps. This partnership also follows DeNet’s recent integration with the peaq blockchain, where DeNet now supports secure storage for more than 60 decentralized applications.

Rafik Singatullin, Co-Founder at DeNet, emphasized the importance of network-wide collaboration in the evolving Web3 ecosystem.
“Web3 needs coordination — a system where all parts work together. Reactive is doing essential work enabling blockchains to connect and making cross-chain dApps a reality. Our combined technologies help build the foundation of the decentralized internet, bringing us one step closer to a truly independent web,” he said.

As part of the integration, Reactive Network will allocate $6,000 worth of REACT tokens to support DeNet’s Watcher nodes — mobile validator nodes responsible for monitoring data integrity and security across the network. These Watchers can earn tokens by performing scanning tasks within the DeNet Storage & Watcher Node mobile app, especially for Reactive-related activities.

The partnership builds on DeNet’s earlier success with peaq, where engagement surged dramatically. Within just two weeks, peaq attracted more than 200,000 new followers, underscoring strong community interest in decentralized validator participation and Watcher node rewards.

By teaming up with Reactive Network, DeNet continues to expand its role as a critical infrastructure provider for decentralized data storage, reinforcing the reliability, interoperability, and resilience of the broader Web3 ecosystem.
