Hilton has partnered with WestF5 to announce the launch of DoubleTree by Hilton Residences, Dubai Jumeirah Garden City, a premium branded residential project set to open in May 2025. The official signing ceremony was held at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah, marking a key milestone in a project valued at nearly AED 500 million.
WestF5 is a joint venture between West Zone Group, a retail leader, and Fortune 5, a real estate investment and development firm. Together, they aim to create a landmark destination that blends hospitality, modern living, and strategic urban planning. By bringing the DoubleTree brand to Jumeirah Garden City, they are helping shape one of Dubai’s most promising new neighborhoods with a strong focus on community and lifestyle.
