Nothing to Launch First Over-Ear Headphones with Phone 3 on July 1

British tech company Nothing is all set to launch its first-ever over-ear headphones, called Headphone 1, alongside its latest smartphone, the Nothing Phone 3, on July 1, 2025. The announcement was made by Nothing CEO Carl Pei at the SXSW London event on June 5. The global launch event, titled “Come to Play,” will take place in London.

A Big Day for Nothing Fans
The company plans to unveil two major products at the same time:

  • Nothing Phone 3, its new flagship smartphone
  • Nothing Headphone 1, marking its entry into the over-ear headphone segment

The Headphone 1 is also expected to be the first audio product born from Nothing’s new partnership with British audio experts KEF. This has raised excitement among tech and audio enthusiasts, as KEF is known for its premium sound engineering. While official specifications are yet to be revealed, fans are hoping for high-quality sound, active noise cancellation, and a design that matches Nothing’s sleek, transparent aesthetic.

The launch highlights Nothing’s growing focus on creating a full ecosystem of smart devices. After smartphones and earbuds, this move into over-ear headphones suggests that Nothing is expanding its hardware lineup to compete more strongly with established tech brands like Apple and Samsung.

More details about pricing, features, and availability are expected to be shared during the July 1 launch event. Enthusiasts around the world are eagerly waiting to see what surprises Nothing has in store.
