Orange Business and Tech Mahindra have entered exclusive negotiations to establish a global strategic partnership aimed at accelerating end-to-end digital transformation for enterprise customers worldwide. The proposed five-year collaboration will combine Orange Business’ leadership in secure connectivity, cloud platforms, networks, and cybersecurity with Tech Mahindra’s expertise in system integration, automation, and agile digital delivery.
The partnership aims to develop next-generation digital solutions powered by artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and secure digital infrastructure to meet the growing technology demands of global enterprises.
Under the proposed agreement, Orange Business will strengthen its international growth strategy by leveraging Tech Mahindra’s global delivery capabilities and economies of scale, while Tech Mahindra will gain access to Orange’s trusted infrastructure, platforms, and enterprise ecosystem to deliver enhanced value-added services.
The collaboration will also include the outsourcing of selected Orange Business international operations, including customer support, quote-to-bill processes, and post-sales services outside France, to Tech Mahindra. This approach is expected to improve operational efficiency, service scalability, and customer experience across global markets.

While Orange Business will continue to directly manage certain critical operations, including services in France and regulated European markets, the partnership will significantly expand its international delivery capabilities.
