Human performance company Whoop has launched two new wearable devices—Whoop 5.0 and Whoop MG—offering smarter health tracking in a smaller, more efficient design. The new models are 7% smaller than their predecessors and offer an impressive 14-day battery life, making them perfect for 24/7 wear. Alongside the launch, Whoop has also introduced a revamped app experience and new flexible membership plans.
The wearables come packed with powerful health features like on-demand ECG, blood pressure insights, and Whoop Age—a tool that shows how your body is aging based on nine key health markers. The Heart Screener includes an FDA-cleared ECG to detect signs of atrial fibrillation, and the patent-pending blood pressure tracking provides estimated readings from the wrist. Women can also benefit from hormonal health insights related to sleep, stress, and recovery.
With support for over 145 activities, the devices track daily steps, muscle strain, VO₂ Max, and sleep performance. Enhanced sensors now collect data 26 times per second, and the Whoop MG comes with a medical-grade ECG clasp. Whoop also introduced a wireless charger and stylish new accessories, like a premium leather band.
To make these tools more accessible, Whoop offers three membership tiers:
Whoop One: Basic health insights at $199/year
Whoop Peak: Advanced features at $239/year
Whoop Life: Full access, including medical-grade data, at $359/year
Backed by global ambassadors like Cristiano Ronaldo, Whoop’s latest wearables aim to help users live healthier, perform better, and track their wellness with ease.
