Asus has launched two new gaming laptops in India—the ROG Strix G16 (G615) and the TUF Gaming F16, both featuring NVIDIA’s latest GeForce RTX 5050 GPU. These laptops are aimed at mainstream gamers, content creators, and users seeking high-performance machines with the latest graphics capabilities.
The ROG Strix G16 (G615) is equipped with an Intel Core i7-14650HX processor and the RTX 5050 8GB GPU, offering a powerful setup for gaming and productivity. It boasts a 16-inch 2.5K ROG Nebula display with a 240Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 colour accuracy, and 500 nits brightness. Other key features include 16GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, a 90WHrs battery, and a 4-zone RGB backlit keyboard. This model is priced at ₹1,59,990 and is available through major online and offline retailers including Flipkart and Asus’s official store.
Asus has also refreshed the 2024 ROG Strix G16 (G614), now powered by the AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX processor with AI capabilities delivering up to 16 TOPS performance. It is also paired with the RTX 5050 GPU and features a 165Hz Full HD+ anti-glare display with 100% sRGB colour coverage, a per-key RGB keyboard, and a dedicated Copilot key for seamless AI integration. The updated G614 is priced at ₹1,44,990.
With these launches, Asus is expanding its high-performance laptop lineup in India, offering powerful machines that cater to both casual gamers and professionals who require robust graphics and processing power.
