Mahindra University and Japan’s Kagawa University Sign MoU to Foster Global Academic and Research Collaboration

Mahindra University has entered into a significant partnership with Japan’s Kagawa University, marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaboration, which facilitates student and faculty exchange, joint research, and cross-border learning, is a gateway to global exposure and knowledge-sharing, offering unique opportunities for both institutions.

The signing of the MoU, a pivotal moment in the strengthening of academic ties, was a result of the dedicated efforts of Dr. Yajulu Medury, Vice Chancellor, Mahindra University; Dr. Kenji Wada, Vice President, Kagawa University; and Prof. Natsuo Ueda, President, Kagawa University.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Yajulu Medury, Vice Chancellor, Mahindra University, said, “Japan has been a leader in technology-driven innovation, and this partnership with Kagawa University will allow our community to engage with that ecosystem while co-creating knowledge that addresses societal challenges. The collaboration will provide students with valuable new knowledge perspectives and foster interdisciplinary learning through live industry projects.”

It is the first step toward a crucial, long-term partnership where we will grow together and strive to become global leaders in academia, added Dr. Kenji Wada, Vice President, Kagawa University.
