As CEO and a member of the board of directors, Maheshwari will accelerate OneAssist’s digital transformation by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) in customer experience management, AI-led product innovation, and service automation. This will make OneAssist’s solutions smarter, faster, and more relevant to today’s tech-savvy consumers.
Currently serving nearly two crore customers across 19,000+ pin codes in India, and backed by over 3,000 business partners, OneAssist plans to expand into new markets, financial services, insurance technology, and device protection solutions. The company will continue to explore both organic and inorganic growth opportunities to scale its portfolio of tech-driven consumer services.
