With over 20 years of executive experience in leading global technology companies, including Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and Logitech, Loubna has held senior roles spanning sales, operations, and business development. Her tenure has been defined by double-digit business growth, market transformation, and the successful alignment of global innovation strategies with local market dynamics.
At Logitech, she led the Enterprise Business across META, while at Johnson Controls, she oversaw the EMEA region, building strategic alliances and partner ecosystems to deliver sustainable growth in the smart building and connected technology sector.
