Launches a New SAP Academy in Saudi Arabia and Centre of Excellence in Egypt.
DXC Technology, a global leader in digital transformation and IT services, has announced major strategic investments to expand its SAP capabilities across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). The initiative includes the launch of a new SAP Academy in Saudi Arabia, the establishment of a DXC SAP Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Egypt, and plans to recruit over 300 new SAP professionals to strengthen regional delivery and innovation.
Driving Digital Transformation with AI-Powered SAP Solutions
These investments are part of DXC’s regional strategy to enhance digital transformation, SAP modernization, and AI-driven innovation across key markets in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Qatar, and South Africa. The new SAP Academy in Saudi Arabia will train and certify local talent, directly supporting the Kingdom’s digital economy and national Vision 2030 goals.
The DXC SAP Centre of Excellence in Egypt will serve as a regional delivery hub, providing advanced SAP managed services that leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and reusable assets. The CoE will enable DXC to deliver mission-critical SAP solutions for both public and private sector clients while accelerating enterprise modernization.
Investing in Regional Talent and Innovation
As part of one of its largest hiring drives in the Middle East and Africa, DXC Technology is recruiting 250 SAP experts in Egypt, making it a key strategic hub for its MEA operations. The company is also expanding its delivery presence in South Africa, supporting over 50 enterprises across the region, and plans to create an additional 50 jobs in the coming years to strengthen its Enterprise Technology Practices.
