Barracuda Welcomes Michelle Hodges to Lead Global Partner Growth

Barracuda Networks, a top cybersecurity company, has appointed Michelle Hodges as its new Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances. With over 20 years of experience, Michelle will lead Barracuda’s global channel strategy—working closely with the company’s partners to grow business and strengthen relationships worldwide.

Michelle’s role will focus on improving the Barracuda Partner Success Program, expanding the company’s market presence, and ensuring partners can easily access and use Barracuda’s security solutions. Geoff Waters, Chief Revenue Officer at Barracuda, said her leadership will be key in helping the company grow and improve how it works with partners.

Before joining Barracuda, Michelle held top leadership roles at well-known tech companies like Ivanti, GitLab, Intel, VMware, Microsoft, and SAP. She has built strong global partner programs throughout her career and is recognized as a leader in the cybersecurity industry. Michelle has received several honors, including being named a CRN Channel Chief and one of the Power 100 Women of the Channel.

Michelle has a strong educational background with two Master’s degrees in International Management and Policy Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in French Literature and Philosophy.

Speaking about her new role, Michelle said she is excited to join Barracuda because of its strong reputation and partner-first approach. She looks forward to working with partners to help customers protect themselves from cyber threats, grow together, and deliver long-term value. Her appointment marks a strategic move for Barracuda to further strengthen its partner network and accelerate global growth.
