BMC Helix brought together more than 75 senior leaders from leading global system integrators (GSIs) at SPEX – Service Provider Exchange 2026, held in Phuket, Thailand. The flagship partner summit highlighted the growing role of Agentic AI in transforming ServiceOps and IT operations, while strengthening collaboration across the global partner ecosystem.
The invite-only event gathered executives and technology leaders from major system integrators across India, Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, and the Netherlands. Key partners in attendance included Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, HCL Technologies, Wipro, Kyndryl, Accenture, CGI, and Dell Technologies.

The summit focused on the company’s latest innovations, product strategy, and its roadmap for Agentic AI-driven ServiceOps, which aims to enable intelligent and self-optimizing IT operations. According to Shwetha Sanjeev, Area Vice President Sales (International) at BMC Helix, the event plays a critical role in aligning product strategy with customer needs and partner expertise. She noted that the shift toward intelligent, autonomous operations is already underway, and collaboration with GSI partners is essential to help organizations navigate this transformation using Agentic AI capabilities.
SPEX 2026 also marked an important milestone for BMC Helix following its separation from BMC Software. The event reinforced BMC Helix’s position as an independent leader in IT Service Management (ITSM) and AIOps solutions, with AI agents expected to drive the next phase of ServiceOps innovation.
Throughout the summit, partners participated in immersive training sessions designed to demonstrate the platform’s evolving capabilities. Highlights included the BMC Helix Airline Simulation and a hands-on lab titled “Elevating Innovation Through Helix Agentic AI,” giving participants practical insights into how AI agents can enhance automation, service delivery, and operational efficiency.

The event also featured product demonstrations and discussions outlining the company’s future technology roadmap, particularly around GenAI and Agentic AI-powered enterprise operations.
SPEX 2026 concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing partner organizations and individuals for exceptional performance during fiscal year 2026. Overall, the summit emphasized the importance of strong partner ecosystems, strategic collaboration, and AI-driven innovation in shaping the future of digital enterprises and next-generation ServiceOps.
