The landmark partnership unveiled at GITEX Global 2025 aims to Build AI and Cloud Data Centers in Saudi Arabia, Powering Industrial Transformation Across MENA.
In a major announcement at GITEX Global 2025, Magna AI, a global AI transformation and innovation company, and TechnoVal, an SAP Gold Partner and digital transformation leader, revealed plans for a $300 million strategic alliance to revolutionize AI-driven industrial transformation across the MENA region.
The partnership, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at the event, marks one of the most ambitious collaborations in the region’s technology landscape. The alliance combines Magna AI’s global expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity with TechnoVal’s regional strength in enterprise resource planning (ERP), managed services, and digital transformation solutions.
A New Era of Sovereign AI and Cloud Innovation
At the core of this partnership is the development of a sovereign AI and Cloud Data Center in Saudi Arabia, designed to serve both public and private sector workloads. This innovation hub will empower governments and enterprises to scale AI adoption securely, while maintaining data sovereignty, compliance, and governance standards.

The data center will act as a trusted platform for cross-border AI computing, providing enterprise-grade performance and driving sustainable, intelligent industrialization across key sectors — from manufacturing and logistics to energy, healthcare, and smart cities.
“This alliance represents the fusion of global AI power with regional excellence. Together with TechnoVal, we are building the foundation of an AI-enabled economy — one that values sovereignty, security, and sustainable growth across industries
,” said Dr. Moataz BinAli, CEO of Magna AI.
Redefining Industrial Intelligence
The partnership will also transform TechnoVal’s parent companies — HSA Group and OMACO Group — into AI-powered industrial pioneers, embedding automation, predictive analytics, and digital twins into their FMCG, logistics, packaging, and food processing operations. This initiative will establish a global benchmark for AI-driven industrial excellence, showcasing how machine learning and automation can drive efficiency and sustainability at scale.
Beyond these organizations, the alliance will extend its capabilities to regional governments, financial institutions, and industrial enterprises, positioning the MENA region as a global hub for intelligent digital transformation.
Basim Ibrahim Hayel Saeed, Chairman of TechnoVal, added, “Partnering with Magna AI allows us to lead the next phase of industrial evolution. Our clients and partners will now achieve measurable outcomes powered by AI, automation, and deep analytics.”
AI Meets Enterprise: Powering SAP and Cybersecurity with Intelligence
Under the agreement, Magna AI’s capabilities will be fully integrated into TechnoVal’s SAP ecosystem, enhancing solutions like S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and SAC with predictive analytics, AI copilots, and intelligent automation. The integration will help enterprises unlock real-time intelligence, optimize decision-making, and accelerate digital modernization.
Additionally, TechnoVal’s cybersecurity offerings will be bolstered by Magna AI’s SIEM and Cybersecurity Digital Twin technologies, ensuring proactive defense, predictive threat detection, and resilience against evolving cyber risks.
As part of the collaboration, both companies will develop a go-to-market strategy, establish ecosystem partnerships, and launch AI knowledge-sharing programs across industries. These initiatives aim to ensure sustainable, scalable, and measurable AI adoption — setting a new benchmark for digital excellence across the Middle East and Africa.
