RX Global Partners with Endava to Transform Global Event IT Operations

Endava

Endava stabilises and modernises IT services across 25 countries for RX’s global event portfolio.

Endava has announced the successful go-live of a multi-year Managed Services partnership with RX Global, one of the world’s leading event organisers. The collaboration delivers end-to-end IT support across service desk operations, infrastructure management, field services and application management, strengthening the technology backbone behind RX’s global events.

With more than 350 events annually across 25 markets, RX relies on resilient, scalable and high-availability IT systems. In live event environments, even minor downtime can significantly disrupt attendee experience, exhibitor operations and revenue streams.

Managed IT Services for Global Event Operations
The partnership supports RX’s broader technology transformation journey, focusing on stabilising core IT services while designing a long-term operating model centred on automation, efficiency and resilience.

Since going live in December, Endava has delivered measurable performance improvements across RX’s global IT estate:

  • 97% of service desk calls answered within 60 seconds
  • Over 5,800 monthly tickets supported internationally
  • 9.5/10 end-user satisfaction score

These metrics demonstrate improved responsiveness, operational consistency and user confidence in RX’s IT systems.

Strengthened Governance and Service Transparency
As part of the managed services framework, RX and Endava have implemented structured service reporting, enhanced governance controls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). This governance model ensures transparency, accountability and continuous service optimisation across all regions.

Nick Lowe, Vice President of Technology at RX, highlighted the impact of the partnership, noting improved responsiveness and growing confidence across internal teams as RX continues to modernise and automate its global operations.

The next phase of the partnership roadmap focuses on integrating emerging technologies to further optimise performance. Key initiatives include:

  • Expanding automation across service desk and infrastructure environments
  • Deploying AI-assisted workflows to improve ticket resolution speed and consistency
  • Introducing AI-driven operational tools to reduce incidents
  • Enhancing resilience and service quality across international markets

According to Alastair Lukies CBE, Chief Engagement Officer at Endava, live events operate in highly demanding environments where technology must remain “invisible, stable and ready to scale.”

This engagement aligns with Endava’s strategy to build long-term, complex managed services partnerships with global enterprises. It also reinforces the company’s footprint in the events and media sector, where digital reliability and operational agility are mission-critical. As RX continues to scale its international event portfolio, the partnership positions its IT infrastructure for sustained innovation, operational excellence and AI-driven transformation — ensuring seamless, technology-enabled experiences for attendees worldwide.
