SAP Labs India and SRH University of Germany have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand their global education partnership to India, aiming to strengthen digital skills, AI learning, and industry-academia collaboration. The MoU was signed in Bengaluru by Sindhu Gangadharan and Thorsten Bagschik, during an official delegation visit from Berlin.

This strategic collaboration focuses on integrating enterprise technology training, SAP certifications, and industry-aligned curriculum into university programmes. The initiative is designed to prepare students for real-world digital transformation roles in areas like AI, cloud computing, and enterprise software.

SAP Certification and Learning Integration in Universities
As part of the partnership, students and faculty in India will gain:

  • Free access to SAP Learning Hub (student edition)
  • Industry-relevant SAP training content and practice systems
  • Live learning sessions and workshops
  • Up to two SAP certification exam attempts annually

This integration ensures that students graduate with globally recognized enterprise technology certifications and job-ready skills.

Focus on AI Skills and Future-Ready Talent

SAP is also redefining certification models by incorporating AI-enabled assessments, moving beyond theoretical knowledge to hands-on application. The initiative builds on SAP’s ongoing efforts to enhance India’s digital workforce by collaborating with universities and skilling institutions. By embedding SAP technologies directly into academic programs, the partnership creates a sustainable pipeline of skilled professionals ready for enterprise roles.

Global Expansion of SAP–SRH Collaboration
Originally launched in Germany in 2025, the SAP–SRH partnership is now expanding to India, offering students access to global learning standards and enterprise-grade tools. This move strengthens cross-border education and prepares students for international career opportunities. With increasing demand for AI, cloud, and enterprise tech professionals, collaborations like this are critical for:
