Tech Mahindra Partners With AT&T to License Automated Network Testing Platform

Tech Mahindra

The partnership aims to Boost 5G and LTE Network Reliability Worldwide.

Tech Mahindra has entered into a strategic technology licensing agreement with AT&T, gaining access to the telecom giant’s Automated Network Testing (ANT) and Open Tool platforms. These advanced solutions are designed to streamline and enhance network testing, validation, and certification across LTE, 5G Non-Standalone (NSA), and 5G Standalone (SA) environments—key network domains critical for global Communication Service Providers (CSPs).

By integrating ANT and Open Tool into its telecom transformation portfolio, Tech Mahindra will enable operators to perform network performance checks, connectivity assessments, traffic simulations, and real-time troubleshooting with greater speed, automation, and efficiency. The ANT platform offers a user-friendly interface, automated test execution engine, and seamless integration with various industry-standard traffic generation tools, significantly reducing testing time and improving network reliability for end consumers.

Manish Mangal, President and Head – Americas Communication Business at Tech Mahindra, stated, “Networks are the backbone of the digital economy. Ensuring their reliability at scale is essential in an AI-native era. With AT&T’s proven automation platforms, we are empowering CSPs to enhance network resilience and accelerate innovation.”

The partnership also highlights AT&T’s commitment to global technology collaboration and IP commercialization. Kelly Marlar, Vice President and Managing Director of AT&T Intellectual Property, emphasized that licensing agreements such as this one expand opportunities for industry-wide innovation and commercialization while enabling faster market readiness of tested solutions.

Under the agreement, Tech Mahindra will offer the ANT and Open Tool solutions to wireless providers in global markets outside AT&T’s operational footprint. This aligns with Tech Mahindra’s long-term strategy of enabling future-ready telecom networks, with the company serving more than 250 telecom customers across 90+ countries.
