Adani Airports Partners with AIONOS to Deploy Agentic AI for Personalized Multilingual Passenger Experiences

Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), India’s largest operator of Public Private Partnership airports, has entered into a strategic partnership with AIONOS, a subsidiary of InterGlobe Enterprises and a global leader in enterprise AI solutions. This collaboration will implement AIONOS’ cutting-edge multi-lingual, omni-channel agentic AI platform, IntelliMate™, to revolutionize passenger help desk services across all Adani-operated airports.

Arun Bansal, CEO of AAHL, emphasized that this partnership is pivotal to enhancing customer experience and streamlining airport operations. Coupled with in-house innovations like Aviio, Adani OneApp, and Airport-in-a-Box, AAHL aims to build a connected ecosystem focused on efficiency, inclusivity, and sustainability. The rollout of this AI solution will extend to all airports managed by AAHL, including the soon-to-be operational Navi Mumbai International Airport.

CP Gurnani, Co-founder and Vice Chairman of AIONOS, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, highlighting their shared mission to leverage advanced AI to elevate passenger experiences and operational excellence. This alliance underscores AAHL’s continued commitment to digital transformation and establishing global benchmarks for intelligent, future-ready airports in India.

Designed to provide consistent and personalized support, the AI-driven system will act as a 24×7 intelligent concierge offering passengers real-time updates on flight status, gate information, baggage tracking, airport directions, and other critical services. Supported across voice, chat, web, and mobile channels, the platform accommodates multiple languages including English, Hindi, and regional dialects, ensuring inclusive communication for India’s diverse traveler base.
