Commenting on his new role, Dan Mountstephen, SVP and GM for APJ, Okta, said he is excited to join the company at a time when identity has evolved into the control plane for security, digital transformation, and the AI era. He highlighted the importance of strategic partnerships, stating that partner-led growth will be a major priority to unlock greater value for customers across the region.
Mountstephen brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the technology and cybersecurity sectors. Prior to joining Okta, he held senior roles at Saviynt, Cisco Systems, Motorola, and Siemens, where he led large-scale regional growth initiatives and enterprise security transformations.
