Endava stabilises and transforms global IT services across 25 countries for RX.
Endava has successfully gone live with a multi-year Managed Services partnership with RX, one of the world’s leading event organisers. The engagement delivers end-to-end IT support across service desk, infrastructure, field services, and applications management, strengthening the operational backbone of RX’s global event portfolio—where reliability and uptime are mission-critical.
Operating more than 350 events annually across 25 markets, RX relies on scalable, resilient IT operations to support seamless attendee and exhibitor experiences. The partnership forms a central pillar of RX’s technology transformation strategy, stabilising core services while implementing an operating model built for long-term efficiency, automation, and resilience.
Since going live in December, Endava has delivered measurable performance improvements across RX’s global IT estate:
- 97% of service desk calls answered within 60 seconds
- Support for over 5,800 monthly tickets internationally
- End-user satisfaction score of 9.5/10
These early gains have increased confidence in service responsiveness, consistency, and operational reliability across regions.
Governance and Continuous Improvement
The partnership has also established strong governance foundations, including structured service reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews. This framework ensures transparency, accountability, and a shared roadmap for continuous optimisation.
Nick Lowe, Vice President of Technology at RX, commented, “Endava has delivered real momentum for our global IT operations. Their impact has lifted both responsiveness and confidence across our teams. As we continue to modernise and automate more of our operations, Endava is proving to be a valuable long-term partner.”
The engagement aligns with Endava’s strategic focus on complex, long-term managed services partnerships within global enterprises, further strengthening its presence in the events and media sector.
Alastair Lukies CBE, Chief Engagement Officer at Endava, added, “Live events leave little margin for IT failure. RX operates in one of the most demanding global environments, and our role is to make technology invisible—stable, responsive, and ready to scale—so teams can focus on delivering world-class experiences. This partnership demonstrates how a modern managed services model can deliver both immediate stability and long-term innovation.”
Following a successful launch, RX and Endava are now shaping the next phase of their partnership roadmap, focused on:
- Expanded automation across service desk and infrastructure operations
- AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and consistency
- AI-driven operational tooling to reduce incidents and enhance resilience
These initiatives are designed to further elevate service quality, strengthen cross-market performance, and support the continued evolution of RX’s global event operations.
