Xerox MPS implementation enhances print security, operational efficiency, and sustainability across Control & Switchgears’ manufacturing facilities in India.
Iris Waves, recently recognized as the Best Managed Print Services (MPS) Solution Provider in India, has successfully deployed Xerox Managed Print Services (MPS) for Control & Switchgears Electric (C&S), a Siemens Group company. The large-scale deployment strengthens print security, centralized control, and sustainability across C&S’s manufacturing operations and corporate offices.
The Xerox MPS rollout spans four manufacturing plants across India and the company’s Noida headquarters, delivering a secure, unified, and fully auditable print infrastructure. The solution also supports C&S’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and environmental sustainability goals, aligning with Siemens Group’s broader commitment to eco-friendly and carbon-neutral operations.
Control & Switchgears sought a strategic MPS partner capable of consolidating print services, improving operational and data security, and providing transparent sustainability reporting. Iris Waves replaced the incumbent vendor and deployed 35 Xerox mono and color networked multifunction printers under an OPEX-based managed services model. The three-year engagement includes hardware, maintenance, consumables, and dedicated engineering support.
Valued at approximately ₹2 crore, the solution enables C&S to optimize print workflows, reduce paper and energy consumption, and track measurable environmental impact, including paper savings and carbon footprint reduction.
“We are privileged to support a respected organization like Control & Switchgears with a secure and scalable Xerox Managed Print Solution. Beyond cost efficiency, our MPS offering enables enterprises to align IT operations with sustainability objectives, delivering tangible CSR outcomes,” said Manish Singh, Product Manager at Iris Waves.

The deployment integrates a Xerox Print Server with a centralized management dashboard, allowing real-time monitoring, policy enforcement, and fleet optimization across all locations. This centralized visibility ensures secure print operations in a manufacturing environment while generating detailed sustainability and compliance reports.

“Iris Waves has consistently demonstrated strong expertise in deploying advanced Managed Print Services,” said Vikas Guglani, Head of Marketing at Xerox. “At Control & Switchgears, our technology combined with Iris Waves’ integration capabilities has resulted in a highly secure, efficient, and sustainable print ecosystem.”
Looking ahead, Iris Waves expects growing enterprise adoption of OPEX-driven print and IT infrastructure models. Himanshu Chawla, CEO, Co-Founder, and Technology Evangelist at Iris Waves, noted, “As more organizations shift toward OPEX-based consumption models, we anticipate deploying over 500 devices in the current fiscal year, with revenues projected to reach ₹25 crore.”

Iris Waves continues to deliver Managed Print Services, IT integration, and digital workplace solutions to leading enterprises, with successful deployments for Oppo, Jubilant, Volvo, PhysicsWallah, British Council, PepsiCo, and Zomato. Each engagement reinforces the company’s mission to help organizations modernize operations, strengthen security, and achieve sustainability goals through technology-driven innovation.
