Iris Global Services Delivers ₹5 Crore HPE Infrastructure for FMCG Data Center Upgrade via Raman IT

Enterprise-grade compute and storage deployment powers technology refresh at Cycle Pure Agarbathi data center in Mysuru.

Iris Global Services has successfully delivered ₹5 crore worth of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) compute and storage infrastructure to its long-standing partner, Raman IT Pvt Ltd. The deployment enables a comprehensive data center technology refresh for a mission-critical FMCG enterprise in Mysuru.

The project was executed at the data center of Cycle Pure Agarbathi, marking its third major infrastructure modernization in collaboration with Raman IT. The upgrade enhances high-availability enterprise systems across compute, unified storage, switching, power management, and network infrastructure, while also supporting AI-based surveillance analytics and business-critical workloads.

Enterprise-Grade HPE Infrastructure for Scalable Data Center Operations
The delivered solution includes enterprise-class HPE servers, storage systems, and switching infrastructure, forming a resilient and scalable backbone for the FMCG major’s modernized data center environment. The architecture is optimized for:

  • Storage-intensive enterprise applications
  • AI-driven surveillance analytics
  • High-performance compute workloads
  • Secure and reliable network operations

This deployment ensures improved system uptime, enhanced performance, and future-ready scalability aligned with the organization’s digital transformation roadmap.

Speaking on the deployment, Mr. Harish Raman, Managing Director, Raman IT Pvt. Ltd., said the company delivers end-to-end surveillance and IT infrastructure ecosystems, integrating cameras, VMS platforms, storage, AI-based analytics, and design-to-build data center compute with managed services. He noted that surveillance contributes nearly 50% of revenue, with data center and networking solutions accounting for the remainder. The ₹5 crore HPE procurement from Iris Global forms part of its ongoing technology refresh initiatives.

Two-Decade Strategic Partnership
Iris Global and Raman IT share a 20-year partnership dating back to 2006. Over the years, Iris Global has supported Raman IT with advanced enterprise technology platforms and dependable supply-chain execution across government, enterprise, and institutional projects nationwide.

Raman IT reported a turnover of ₹35 crore in FY 2024–25 and is targeting ₹55 crore in FY 2025–26, supported by a workforce of over 100 professionals across Mysuru and Bengaluru.

The company is currently executing high-security surveillance and data center projects for strategic institutions including the Reserve Bank of India, Indian Space Research Organisation, major seaports, airports, and other critical public infrastructure installations. Its smart campus and education deployments continue to grow at approximately 10% year-on-year.

Mr. Srinivas, Branch Manager – Bengaluru, Iris Global, highlighted that Raman IT’s strong footprint in government data centers and surveillance projects makes it a key strategic partner. He emphasized Iris Global’s structured support model, timely deliveries, and responsive service capabilities that ensure seamless execution of mission-critical deployments.
