Tech Mahindra has announced the launch of its new Communications Experience Center (CEC) in Pune, aimed at accelerating AI-driven innovation for Communications Service Providers (CSPs). The new facility will serve as a collaborative hub where telecom companies can co-create solutions, enhance customer experience, and transform business models in an increasingly complex and competitive landscape.

AI-Powered Innovation Hub for CSPs
The Communications Experience Center is designed as a strategic “nerve center” to help CSPs tackle industry challenges such as low margins, operational complexity, and evolving customer expectations. By leveraging artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and automation, the center enables telecom operators to move from experimentation to large-scale deployment of next-generation solutions.
