New partner enhancements offer flexible enablement, expanded tools, and accelerated growth opportunities for managed security providers.

Infoblox has announced major enhancements to its Skilled to Secure Partner Program, introducing a new Service Provider track designed specifically for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs).

The updated program reflects the evolving needs of the cybersecurity services market and aims to help partners scale faster, deliver differentiated security services, and grow recurring revenue. The new Service Provider track introduces clearer participation requirements, flexible enablement models, and expanded technical and go-to-market resources.

“As the cybersecurity landscape evolves, our partner ecosystem must evolve with it. These enhancements are driven directly by partner feedback and provide more market-aligned, flexible pathways for success within our Skilled to Secure program,” said Chris Millerick, Vice President of Partners and Alliances at Infoblox.

The refreshed Service Provider track includes two invite-only subtracks tailored for MSSPs and GSIs, allowing partners to better align Infoblox capabilities with their service delivery models. Key updates include:
Flexible Enablement and Clear Program Requirements:
Role-based enablement paths and well-defined criteria aligned with real-world go-to-market strategies, helping partners onboard and scale more efficiently.
Expanded Tools and Technical Resources:
Access to non-for-resale (NFR) demo environments, comprehensive operational runbooks, and enhanced partner benefits to accelerate deployment and service delivery.
Enhanced Support for MSSPs:
Dedicated training, technical enablement, and go-to-market support designed to help MSSPs build and expand recurring cybersecurity service offerings.

These improvements build on the foundation of the Infoblox Skilled to Secure Partner Program, which rewards partners for deep technical expertise across sales, pre-sales, and professional services. The program emphasizes competency-driven growth and supports advancement to higher partner tiers such as Sapphire and Diamond.

Empowering Partners in an Evolving Cybersecurity Landscape
With cyber threats becoming more complex and distributed, Infoblox’s updated Service Provider track is designed to help partners deliver scalable, high-value security services while improving customer outcomes.

“Our partners play a critical role in extending the reach and impact of Infoblox solutions,” Millerick added. “These updates reinforce our commitment to partner success, innovation, and community-driven program development.”

By aligning certification paths, enablement resources, and partner benefits with MSSP and GSI business models, Infoblox aims to strengthen long-term partnerships and support sustainable growth in competitive security markets.
