Sony PlayStation India Announces Holiday Sale With Big Discounts on PS5 Consoles, Accessories and Top Games

With attractive discounts on hardware, accessories, and top-tier games, the Sony PlayStation India Holiday Sale 2025 will begin from tomorrow.

Sony’s PlayStation India has officially announced its year-end Holiday Sale, bringing substantial discounts on PS5 consoles, PlayStation accessories, and popular PS5 and PS4 game titles. The limited-time sale will run from December 23, 2025, to January 5, 2026, offering gamers across India an opportunity to upgrade their gaming setup or expand their game library at reduced prices.

According to Sony PlayStation India, the holiday sale will be available across major online shopping platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto, as well as offline retail outlets including Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Sony Center, and select authorized retailers. During the sale period, customers can expect discounts of up to 60 percent on select products, making it one of the biggest PlayStation sales events of the year.

As part of the PlayStation India Holiday Sale, Sony is offering notable price cuts on PS5 accessories, including the PlayStation VR2, which sees a reduction of ₹10,000, bringing its sale price down to ₹34,999. The PlayStation Portal remote player is also available at a discounted price of ₹16,990, while audio accessories such as the Pulse Elite Wireless Headset and Pulse Explore Wireless Earbuds are seeing significant markdowns. Sony has also reduced prices on multiple DualSense wireless controller variants, including standard colorways and premium metallic and chroma editions, along with the DualSense Edge wireless controller, making it more accessible for competitive and enthusiast gamers.

This holiday sale is positioned as one of the best opportunities for Indian gamers to invest in the PlayStation ecosystem before the new year.  It also features deep discounts on a wide range of popular PS5 game titles, including blockbuster exclusives and critically acclaimed releases. 

Games such as Spider-Man 2, God of War Ragnarök, The Last of Us Part I Remake, The Last of Us Part II Remastered, Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut, Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition, Gran Turismo 7, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection are all available at significantly reduced prices. Several titles have received discounts exceeding ₹2,000, making the sale particularly attractive for players looking to catch up on major PlayStation exclusives.

Newer and highly anticipated titles such as Stellar Blade, Rise of the Ronin, Helldivers 2, Astro Bot, and Death Stranding 2 are also included in the sale lineup, further strengthening the appeal of the PlayStation Holiday Sale for both casual and hardcore gamers. With aggressive pricing across genres including action, RPGs, racing, and adventure, Sony is clearly targeting strong year-end engagement within the Indian gaming market.

In related gaming news, Epic Games has also launched its own Holiday Sale on the Epic Games Store, offering discounts on popular PC titles such as Alan Wake 2, Red Dead Redemption 2, Cyberpunk 2077, Battlefield 6, and FC 26. As part of its promotion, Epic Games is allowing users to claim Hogwarts Legacy for free for a limited time. The Epic Games Store Holiday Sale will remain live until January 8, 2026, adding to the competitive year-end deals across the gaming industry.
